Lecangs LLC (“Lecangs”) is a 3PL company that provides comprehensive warehousing and logistics services in e-commerce, warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, and value-added services from its 8 warehouses in the U.S. in CA, TX, PA, GA, NJ, IL, SC, and TN, with a total storage area of approximately 7,000,000 square feet.

Lecangs has integrated resources from its long-term carrier partners FedEx and UPS and multiple retail stores like Walmart, HomeDepot, Wayfair, etc., and served more than 1,500 e-commerce business including the FlexiSpot brand, LoctekMotion brand, and PriceDepot brand.

Due to our increasing business, we are in demand of the professional service of a Corporate Accountant. This position has no supervisory duties; he/she will perform the following duties:

• Develop, implement and maintain company’s accounting systems: Journal Entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Investment, Monthly Account/Bank reconciliation, etc.; 
• Prepare GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement), highlighting the key points in the statements;
• Perform schedule computations of accruals, property and equipment, and calculates depreciation expenses;  
• Determine the availability of funds and make the proper classification of operational expenditures based on accounting principles;
• Monitor the financial condition of the company’s operations by analyzing financial statements to identify trend lines over multiple time periods in the company’s gross margin, net profits, cash, accounts receivable, and debt, as well as performing ratio analysis to measure and evaluate the company’s liquidity, utilization of resources, debt levels, and profitability;
• Estimate future revenues and expenditures and prepare monthly budgets and forecasts;
• Perform financial audits to ascertain the validity and reliability of information and review the company’s accounting procedures, to ensure the efficiency of the Company’s internal control system.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with Concentration in Accounting;
• High proficiency in ERP Systems, Excel, and Word;
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to handle multi-tasks within deadlines.

Salary Information: 

• The salary is $60,611 per year.
